Meeting Templates let you build a custom meeting note structure for your meetings.

For instance, if you're a Sales Rep, and the owner of the meeting, maybe you want to structure your notes following the BANT framework.

What you'd do here is configure a Meeting Template to be automatically applied to a subset of meetings that falls under specific criteria. This way, after every new meeting, tl;dv will generate meeting notes using the predefined note structure in the Meeting Template.

This is quite easy to do, just go to your meeting, and swiftly change the template with one from our templates library.

To make it easier off the mark, there are plenty of templates available for you to use already.

Nevertheless, you can create your own too!

How can I create custom Meeting Templates?

  1. Add multiple sections.

  2. Add a description for each section.

  3. You can reorder sections by drag-dropping each section block.

  4. Save your changes!

How can I set a Meeting Template as default for some meetings?

After following the above, once you save your changes, you'll be able to select the Meeting template from the meeting recording screen.

If you want to set a specific Meeting Template as default for some meetings, you can configure the Automation Criteria section.

  1. For the automation criteria,

    1. select internal/external meetings.

    2. configure the meeting title filter if you want to

    3. choose

How can I push my meeting notes to an integration?

Once your meeting template is ready, and automatically applied to a meeting, email delivery is guaranteed according to sharing preferences.

However, you can also configure specific integrations to receive your meeting notes in the predefined Meeting Template.
