Something similar to what happens in Google when you go to record the call, it notifies you that this call is now being recorded?

There is an option in the tl;dv settings page to send a pre-meeting notification. This email will be sent to participants before the meeting and explain tl;dv was invited to take notes, record and transcribe the meeting.

For users on the Business plan, tl;dv also provides way to ensure GDPR compliance by auto-requesting and managing recording consent prior to each meeting. This option can be turned on through the admin settings page.
