My plan cancelled, what should I do?

Continuation of TBM's Billing Policy

For any cancelled plans due to failed billing, as long as you reach out to us within 30 days of your plan cancelling, we can provide you with a unique/single use code to lock your previous rate! It will be necessary to start a new 12 month plan on our new and improved membership platform as we are no longer adding any new students to our old platform on Teachable. We are so excited to share this new platform as we expect it to drastically improve member experience, and it includes a new TBM app!

Please note that if you reach out beyond 30 days of your membership cancelling, you will be susceptible to the current rate.
