Unfortunately we do not have the ability to freeze/pause our 12 month installment plan membership, or our annual subscription plan. All billing systems are on an automated schedule and the payments will attempt to pull from your billing info we have on file. If you are on a month-month subscription based plan, this can be canceled at anytime from within your members settings, when logging in from a web browser.
