How is a session structured?

At the beginning of the session your coach will walk through your intake form with you. Next, you can expect questions & conversation about blocks, the root of limiting beliefs, inner child & shadow, Expanders, your behavioral patterns, etc. The goal of sessions is to help you untangle blocks, find the root, provide action steps, provide unique ways to make the work work for you, and to provide guidance on how to best move through the work specific to your scenario.
