Our 12 Month Payment Installment Plan does not automatically renew, so it will be necessary to purchase the Pathway again, once your membership term expires.
You will receive an email a few days before your membership is scheduled to expire with a special offer & direct links for renewing your membership. Your new 12 month membership will begin directly upon purchase, so we recommend that you wait until your original membership expires before renewing.
Please note, our Annual Subscription plan, released in October 2025, does renew automatically. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time by logging into your account from the web browser, and clicking into your settings, and then billing.
You can check on your expiration date by confirming your original date of purchase. You can see this when you log in from a web browser (not the app) and click settings, and then billing. Your membership expires exactly 1 year from the original date of purchase.
