If you have an active membership, you can re-sign up for the Pathway at your current rate and we will cancel your old account within 3-4 business days. Please note that moving over to our new platform will mean starting a new 12 month plan commitment. Due to extreme volume, we will not honor refunds if a double charge occur when you switch accounts. This would only happen once if you re-signup after just being billed for your original plan. This being said, it will be your responsibility to know your billing date in order to sign up on the new platform during a day that best aligns with your billing cycle. We ask that you sign up at least 3-4 business days before your current billing date. For instructions on how to find your billing date, see this FAQ.

Please note, our team will be manually unenrolling thousands of accounts on the old platform, so please be patient and allow for our team up to one week before you are removed from your old plan. If it's been a full week and your old account hasn't yet been removed please reach out to our support team.
