If your payment just occurred on your current membership account and you want to move over to the new platform, we recommend waiting until closer to your next month’s billing date to sign up, to avoid being charged twice so close together. Please note, you must sign up at least 3-4 days before your next billing date to avoid being double charged on your old account. If you would like to switch over sooner, you are welcome to do so, however, we will not be refunding any payments on either system due to the extreme volume of members, and assistance already needed to make this migration happen.
Please do not write in regarding your payments unless it’s been at least 7 business days or more since you’ve made the switch and you believe an error has occurred. Your old account will be unenrolled within 3-4 business days of your new sign up date. Thank you for your understanding and your patience while we try to keep your payments as seamless as possible.
