You should receive correspondence from us alerting you to the failed payment, and providing a link to update the payment method if needed. You can also edit your billing information by logging into your account on a desktop or mobile browser. From there you can go to settings, billing, and edit the card on file. We recommend to click the 3 dots to the right of the card on file, edit the digits, and click save. We do not recommend adding in an additional card.

Our billing system is automated and we do not have the ability to reattempt the payment outside of the cycle. The system will attempt the charge a total of 4 times during a 14 day period. If the payment fails after 4 attempts, your membership will cancel. Please reach out to hi@tobemagnetic.com for support signing back up.
