My membership was canceled due to failed billing, what do I do?

For any canceled plans due to failed billing, as long as you reach out to us within 30 days of your plan canceling, we can provide you with a unique code to lock in your same rate. Please note that we will not be able to resume your plan with the amount of months remaining, and it will be necessary to start a new 12 month plan.

Beyond 30 days of your membership canceling, you will be susceptible to the current Pathway rate.
