The app is not recognizing my log in

If the app is not recognizing your email, this is likely because your membership is inactive! Our app is an accessory of the membership, so it is necessary to have an active Pathway Plan in order to access courses.

If you have recently renewed, we may recommend removing and then redownloading the app for a quick refresh. Many times, this will refresh your access.
