If the app is not recognizing your email, this is because you have not yet moved over to our new membership platform. Our app is a part of our new platform, so the only way to access the Pathway via the app is by re-purchasing the Pathway membership.
Once you repurchase the Pathway your old account will be removed within 3 business days. Make sure to align your purchase with your current bill date as we will not be honoring any refunds for making the switch due to volume.
You should have received an email with instructions on how to make the switch as well as received your unique single use coupon to maintain your current rate.
