We can confirm that our 12 Month Payment Installment Plan is not set to auto-renew & no action will be needed on either of our ends to cancel your membership at the end of the term. Your membership expires automatically on the 1 year anniversary of purchase.

Our Annual Subscription Plan, released in October 2025, does renew automatically. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time by logging into your account from the web browser, and clicking into your settings, and then billing.
You can check on your expiration date by confirming your original date of purchase. You can see this when you log in from a web browser (not the app) and click settings, and then billing. Your membership expires exactly 1 year from the original date of purchase.
