We are sorry to hear you are experiencing technical difficulties!

First of all, we want to ensure you are using the app called TBM. As a first troubleshooting tip, we recommend deleting and redownloading the app. If this does not solve the issue, the quickest way to receive support is by emailing our app team directly, support@vidapp.com, as they will be able to troubleshoot the issue with more specificity to the back end and your particular mobile device.

Some members using Androids or older phone models may experience periodic glitches or pauses within the app.

Please note, the TBM app is an accessory to our membership platform which is accessible via web browser. For uninterrupted access, we recommend relying on our web browser version. We have added the link below:

Another alternative place to access the work via app is through the app called "Kajabi" and you will use your same log in credentials.

TBM reserves the right to deny cancellation requests based on app downtime, as content is readily accessible by logging on via the web browser.
