How can I compare sales between my sales categories?

To compare sales by sales category (e.g. Food sales vs. Alcohol sales), follow these steps:
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales summary in Toast Web.
Adjust your report filters to show the desired time period (and location, if applicable).
Scroll down to view the Sales category summary card, which displays sales information broken down by sales category.
