Sales Are Not Showing Up in the System

Answer

There are multiple reasons why your sales might not be appearing in your reports. Here are a few things you can review:

  1. Verify you are logged in to the correct location.

  2. Double-check that you are filtering to the correct date and time range. You can find the date filters at the top of the report you are viewing, as seen in the image below.

  3. Verify your permissions are accurate. As a reminder, you'll need permission 4.1 Sales Reports to view any sales reporting.

  4. Make sure you are using a Google Chrome web browser. Clear your cache and cookies, then go back to the report again (for more instructions, see Troubleshoot Web Browsers for Accessing Toast).

  5. If you had a network disruption and payments were taken in offline mode, these sales will not appear in your reporting until your connection is restored and payments are processed.
