Get Started With the Momos Integration

Momos Integration Features

Momos is an AI-powered customer engagement platform for multi-location brands. Momos is used by over 5,000 businesses globally, with headquarters in San Diego and Singapore.

Enable the Momos Integration With Toast

  1. To enable the Momos integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter Momos in the search field and select Add Now.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article. If you have multiple locations, select a location from the drop-down menu.

    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  4. Once completed, follow the as outlined below.

Onboard With Momos

Momos’s team will work directly with you to ensure that configurations work to specification within Momos and Toast.

  • If you are an existing customer of Momos and Toast, please reach out to Jesse Brennan (jesse@momos.com) to start the onboarding process.

  • If you do not have an existing Momos account, please send an email to the Momos Sales team (davi@momos.com) so that they can assist you in signing up for Momos.

Onboarding and setup process typically takes one business day to be completed.
