Why can't I download the payroll export in Toast Web?

You can find the Payroll Export report in Toast Web by navigating to Reports > Labor > Labor summary. Scroll down to the Employee Summary section and select the Excel icon next to Payroll Export. Keep in mind that the exported data will match your filters, so you may wish to set those before downloading the report.
If you're unable to see or download the report, it's usually a permission issue. Please ensure your user role has access to 3.12 Shift Review to be able to download the file. You might also try clearing your cache and cookies before loading the page.
