Create Third-Party Ordering Menus for Multiple Locations

If you have multiple restaurant locations, you can add or create third-party ordering menus through the third-party ordering configuration page (Takeout & delivery > Third party ordering > Menu settings) in Toast Web. For more information, check out the following Support Center articles:

Configure an Item's Availability for Multiple Locations

To configure your item's availability settings for multiple locations, follow these steps:

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Menus > Bulk management > Advanced properties to view and edit all your menus on one screen.

  2. Select the menu/item that you wish to update.

  3. To update an item's availability, scroll down to the Advanced Properties sectionand review the Inventory setting. Here, you'll be able to select from these available options:

    • In Stock

    • Out of Stock

    • Quantity: Enter the number of items available in the Quantity field.

  4. Save and publish your changes.

Configure Menu Visibility for Multiple Locations

To configure your menu visibility for multiple locations, navigate to Menus > Bulk management > Advanced properties in Toast Web. You can follow the steps indicated in the Menu Visibility in Advanced Properties section of this Support Center article, Manage Your Menu Visibility Settings.
