Syft Integration Features
Syft Analytics (a Xero company) is a cloud-based reporting and insights platform that helps Toast merchants and their advisors turn raw financial and operational data into clear, visual insights. Syft connects directly to leading accounting platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage via secure integrations that refresh data on a 24-hour cycle, so users always work from up-to-date information.
As a partner, Syft can pull Toast data – including non-financial metrics – alongside the underlying accounting data to create a single, trusted view of the business’s performance. This combination of automated management reporting, dashboards, consolidations, forecasting, and benchmarking makes it easier to spot trends, explain the “why” behind the numbers, and act quickly to improve profitability and growth.
Enable Syft Integration With Toast
To enable the Syft integration with Toast, follow these steps:
To enable Syft with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter Syft in the search field and select Add Now.
If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Syft. Finally, select Apply.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
Once you select Add Now on the Syft tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Syft account, and select Apply
After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Syft team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your Syft account.
