About Toast Suites
A Toast suite is a group of related Toast products and features sold together, usually at a lower combined cost than buying each product separately. Many customers call a suite a "bundle" — both words describe the same thing. This article uses "suite," Toast's product name, and "bundle" together so it's easy to find either way.
Suites group products that solve related problems — for example, marketing tools that work together, or reporting tools that work together — so you get a complete set of capabilities instead of assembling one product at a time.
Why Toast Groups Products Into Suites
Toast groups certain products into suites for two reasons:
The products work better together. Products in the same suite are built to share data and settings, so setting one up often configures the others.
It typically costs less than buying each product on its own. Suite pricing generally reflects a discount compared to purchasing every included product separately.
Note: Not every Toast product is part of a suite. Some products are sold à la carte (on their own), and some, like Toast Payroll, are sold as standalone packages rather than as part of a suite. Your Subscriptions page shows exactly which products on your account are billed individually and which are part of a suite.
Where to See What's in Your Suite
Two places show what's included in your suite and what it costs:
The Subscriptions page. Navigate to Toast Web > Toast account > My Products > Subscriptions, or search "subscriptions" in the Toast Web search bar. This page lists every product, module, and device subscription on your account, the monthly cost of each, and any discount applied because it's part of a suite.
Your Toast invoice. Your invoice lists the individual products included in your suite as separate line items, along with the discount applied to each. For a full walkthrough of how to read your invoice, see Understand Your Toast Invoice.
Note: Your invoice and Subscriptions page may show a suite's individual products as separate rows rather than showing the suite's name as one line. This is expected — the discount is applied to each qualifying product rather than to a single combined charge.
Suites Toast Offers
Toast offers several suites, each built around a set of related products. Your account's Subscriptions page always reflects your specific suite and what's included.

Making Changes to Your Suite
What you can change yourself depends on what you're trying to do:
To see everything you're subscribed to and what it costs, use the Subscriptions page (Toast Web > Toast account > My Products > Subscriptions). This is self-service and doesn't require contacting Toast.
To cancel an entire suite, use the Subscriptions page. See Remove a Product From Your Toast Account for the steps. Removing a suite removes every product included in it — you can't cancel only one product inside a suite and keep the rest.
To keep some products in a suite and remove others (downgrade), contact Toast Customer Care. Downgrading changes what's included in your suite without cancelling the whole thing.
If a product doesn't appear on your Subscriptions page, or you're not sure whether removing something will affect other products on your account, contact Toast Customer Care before making changes. A representative can confirm exactly what's connected to what on your specific account.
Note: If you're not sure whether canceling one product will affect another, ask Toast Customer Care before canceling. Products inside the same suite are often connected (for example, Toast Marketing Essentials groups Gift Cards, Loyalty, Email Marketing, and SMS together), so a change to one may be a change to all of them, while products in different suites are typically independent of each other.
Why Your Suite Price May Change
A few things commonly change what you're billed for a suite:
You added or removed a product. Adding a product to your account, or removing one, changes your subscription total starting the next billing cycle.
A change is still processing. Subscription changes can take one to two billing cycles to be fully reflected. If you still see a charge you expected to be removed, contact Customer Care.
Your charge was prorated. If a product was added or removed partway through a billing cycle, that cycle's charge reflects only the days the product was active.
Your invoice shows a transition. During the cycle a change takes effect, you may briefly see both a positive and a negative line for the same product — this reflects the change processing, not a double charge.
For more billing scenarios, see Toast Invoice FAQ.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel just one part of my suite and keep the rest?
Not by canceling. Products inside the same suite must be added or removed together — you can't cancel only one product inside a suite while keeping the others active. If you want to keep some products and drop others, that's a downgrade, not a cancellation; contact Toast Customer Care to request it.
Also asked as:
If I cancel Y, will that affect the rest of my operations?
Can I turn off one product without losing everything else?
If I cancel a suite, does it affect my other Toast products?
Products in a different suite, or sold à la carte outside any suite, are generally not affected when you cancel a suite. Products grouped together in the same suite are connected, so canceling that suite removes all of them together. If you're unsure whether two products are in the same suite, check your Subscriptions page or ask Toast Customer Care before canceling.
Why does my invoice show individual products instead of my suite's name?
Your invoice and Subscriptions page list the individual products included in your suite as separate line items, each with its discount applied, rather than showing one combined "suite" charge. This is expected. See Understand Your Toast Invoice for a full walkthrough of your invoice.
I see a product on my invoice I don't recognize. What is it?
Check whether it's part of a suite you're subscribed to — suite products are billed individually even though they were purchased together. Your Subscriptions page (Toast Web > Toast account > My Products > Subscriptions) shows which suite, if any, each product belongs to. If you still don't recognize a charge, contact Toast Customer Care.
