What do I do if I see the "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts" error message?

For security reasons, your access to Toast Web may be blocked after five failed login attempts.

After your blocked login attempt, look for an email from Toast to the email address associated with your Toast account. The subject line will be Blocked Access Attempt.
Select the link to confirm it was in fact you attempting to log in, and you'll be redirected to attempt another login.
If the issue continues, please select the Don't remember your password? link. This will send you an email with a redirect to reset your password. When you reset your password, you must select a new password that is different from previously used passwords.
