How can I view and download my monthly credit card processing statements from Toast?
Answer
To view and download your monthly credit card statements from Toast please follow the steps below:
In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Payments > Processing statements.
Adjust the date range and location to pull the desired statement. Select Update.
The Statement Date reflects the end date for a monthly period. To download and view the statement, select the download icon (down arrow) in the far left column.
Note: Users will need access to 4.1 Sales Reports and 3.18 Cash Drawers (Full) in order to view this report. For more details about each permission, including who it should be assigned to, please see Permissions Reference Guide.
The Processing statements report is limited to a date range within the last 25 months and cannot be longer than six months. To run the report for a period longer than six months, split your custom time filter into six-month increments and run the report more than once. If you would like to obtain a credit card statement report that is older than 25 months, please contact Customer Care via the Toast Now app. The downloaded monthly statement includes your total credit card processing fees for that period — the total fee amount is shown inside the statement itself, not on the Processing statements list page.
Note: If you are an Interchange Plus (IC+) customer looking for your interchange and network fee breakdown, the Cost Breakdown report is also accessed from this page. After navigating to Reports > Payments > Processing statements, select Cost breakdown in the top right corner of the page.
