MarketMan Integration Overview
MarketMan provides an inventory and purchasing integration for Toast customers looking to track inventory in real-time and make ordering faster, easier, and more accurate. Leveraging Toast’s menus and order data, MarketMan allows you to automatically deduct inventory items based on sales, see real-time profitability and COGS reporting, automate accounts payable, and receive real-time alerts on high food costs and low inventory levels.
This integration requires access to Toast Partner Integrations. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Key features of the MarketMan integration:
MarketMan offers ingredient-level tracking, commissary and warehouse management, production planning, as well as invoice scanning, and vendor integrations.
Automatically deduct inventory items based on sales (automated hourly PMix sync).
See real-time profitability and COGS reporting (real-time inventory level tracking).
Receive real-time alerts on high food costs and low inventory levels.
Enable MarketMan With Toast
To enable MarketMan with Toast, log in into Toast Web and navigate to the Integrations section using the left-hand navigation menu. Then, select Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter MarketMan in the Search field and select Add Now.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
After confirming the integration in Toast Web, the MarketMan team will contact you to discuss implementation, onboarding, and setup. Please note that the process can take four to six weeks, depending on the size of your business. Before onboarding setup, it is recommended that you prepare a printed sheet or Excel document of all the ingredients you order daily.
