The Zero-in Integration's key features include:

Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Zero-In integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Zero-In Integration Setup and Onboarding
To complete the integration process, please follow the steps listed below:
To enable Zero-In with Toast, log in to Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter Zero-In in the Search field and select Add Now.
If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Zero-In. Finally, select Apply.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Zero-in integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Zero-In Sales Team will contact you directly.
Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.
Note: While timelines can vary, the Zero-In Sales team will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up a time to discuss the scope and present solutions.
Zero-In Troubleshooting and Support
You will be introduced to a Zero-In team and a lead Project Manager, who will be assigned to assist you throughout the project.
