Log in With Your Password
When first logging into the app, you must enter your Toast Web user email and password.
Note: Each employee can obtain a login using their own email address and create their own password. Any employee with a username can log into Toast, but user access permissions determine what aspects of the system users are able to access. See this Toast Central article, Assign User Access Permission, to learn more.
Troubleshoot Invalid Password Message When Trying to Log In
If you see an invalid username or password message, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure that you're using your Toast Web email and password. If you don't have one, either ask a manager/admin to log in for you, or request that a password creation link be sent to your email.
Check Toast Web and confirm that you're entering the correct email associated with your Toast user account.
Select the Forgot password? button to send a reset password link to your email. When you reset your password, you must select a new password that is different from previously used passwords.
If you've tried the Forgot password? button to try and change your password, and you're still having issues logging in to the Toast app, or you receive a message that says to contact an admin but no admins at your location are able to reset the user's password, contact Customer Care.
Note: Your Toast Payroll login can differ from your Toast Web login.
