Why is my inventory/stock showing different numbers on my devices or in Toast Web?

There are a couple of different places where your inventory count can be adjusted:
On the back-end in Toast Web (Set Stock Status and Update Inventory Count in the Menu Builder)
On the POS in Quick Edit mode (Use Quick Edit Mode on the POS)
On the Toast Now app (Get Started With the Toast Now App)
If you notice that item counts are not updated on terminals:
Check to make sure any changes made in Toast Web were published.
Check that your device synced properly if you edited count using Quick Edit mode.
Also, if you've made menu edits recently - check that you didn't unintentionally deep copy your menu item. Deep copying creates an independent copy of a menu item, so if you update the count of the original item it will not affect the count of the copied item.
