Answer
A report showing total cash transactions by date is not available in Toast Now at this time.
You can check this in Toast Web, however, by following these steps:
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales Summary.
Filter the date to the day of your choosing.
Scroll down to the PAYMENTS SUMMARY card. The Cash row will show you the total amount of cash transactions for that selected day.
