OpenEye Integration Features
OpenEye gives restaurants a more complete picture into their operations and sales by merging transactional data from their point-of-sale system with video verification. Using customizable searches and notifications, users can identify costly problems of fraud, operator error, or poor customer experiences so they can be corrected before they affecting the bottom line. This clean lead to a better return on loss prevention efforts and improve security, both cyber and physical, all while reducing the burden on IT and operations.
OpenEye's web services also streamlines the management of recorders, users and permissions by moving them to the cloud. Changes are instantly pushed to all users, clients, and associated devices and with groups making managing large numbers of users and devices simple and pain-free. This is an open ecosystem where users can use their existing IP cameras, as well as integrate with their access control, intrusion and point-of-sale systems. These data points can be combined to create alerts with video verification and provide more actionable intelligence to secure and support the business.
Enable the OpenEye Integration With Toast
To enable OpenEye with Toast, log in to Toast Web and navigate to the Integrations section using the left-hand navigation menu. Then, select Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter OpenEye in the Search field and then select Add Now.
