Can I access Toast Retail on the Toast Now app?

Answer
You can access Toast Retail in the Toast Now app on iOS devices (iPhone and iPad). Navigate to the Inventory tab in the app to use these workflows:
Invoices:
View all invoices.
Upload new invoices.
Cycle Counting:
Complete cycle counts.
Start a count from a template.
Count offline (support areas with spotty Wi-Fi!).
Item Library:
Add new items manually or via Smart Scan.
Edit item data.
Adjust stock (receive, damage, waste, etc.).

Use Toast Retail on an Android device
Toast Retail features are not available in the Toast Now app for Android, and there is no timeline for Android support yet. This includes Inventory, cycle counts, the Item Catalog, and Smart Scan. On Android, the Stock card lets you mark menu items out of stock and update stock quantities, but it doesn't include Toast Retail inventory tools.
To use Toast Retail on an Android phone:
Open a mobile web browser, such as Chrome.
Log in to Toast Web with the same email and password you use for Toast Now.
Select Retail in the left-hand navigation menu.
Expected outcome: The Retail Dashboard opens, where you can count inventory, receive items, and scan barcodes with your phone's camera.
