Integration Setup & Onboarding: Opsi

To complete the Integration, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. To enable Opsi with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter "Opsi " in the Search field and select Add Now.

    1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Opsi. Finally, select Apply.

    2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.

  4. After adding the integration in Toast Web, Opsi will be notified about the connection.

    1. Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.

Onboarding Process

Onboarding can take as little as one week, up to 3 weeks, depending upon availability. Upon signature of agreement Opsi launches the account and provides access. Opsi then provides two 1 hour training sessions with every new customer.

  • Onboarding team will reach out within 24 hours on business days M-F between 8am-6pm PT.
