Today uses Apple's subscription system and all subscriptions and trials are auto-renewable. Auto-renewable subscriptions or trials will automatically renew unless you cancel them 24 hours before their expiration.

How can I cancel my subscription or trial?

You can cancel your subscription any time from Pillow:

  1. Open Today on your iPhone

  2. Tap on the habit menu button the top left corner

  3. Tap on the Settings button on the bottom right corner

  4. Scroll down to find the "Today Premium" section and tap on "Manage"

  5. Tap on "Edit or cancel subscription"


Can you cancel my subscription or trial?

Sorry, we can't. Today doesn't have user accounts, and we don't have access to any purchase information. Only the subscriber can cancel their subscription or trial using the instructions above.


I canceled my subscription or trial, but I still have access to all features!

Don't worry, this is normal! When you cancel your subscription, you will have access to all Premium Features until the subscription's expiration date or the free trial you started.


Can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with Today, we'd love to know more about the reasons behind this decision so that we can improve. Can I share my subscription with other family members?

Of course! You can share your Today Premium subscription with other family members.

To share your subscription using Family Sharing, please ensure that all of the following are correctly setup:

  1. Purchase sharing is enabled on your device, and your family members are allowed to share purchases you make on the App Store.

Can I use the same subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, of course! You can use the subscription on all your devices as long as they are set up with the same Apple ID.


I switched AppleIDs. Can you transfer my subscription to my new AppleID?

Sorry, that is not possible. All purchases on the App Store are tied to your Apple ID, so there is no way for us to transfer your subscription to the new Apple ID.


I purchased Today Premium before Pillow switched to subscriptions. Do I need to buy a subscription?

If you bought Today as a one-time in-app purchase, you get full access to all the premium features available when you made that purchase. Today will try to restore your purchase automatically, but if this fails, you can also restore that purchase manually from the Settings dialog. You can also share this in-app purchase with other family members.

However, please note that some of the new premium features added or some of the upcoming premium features that will be added will require a subscription. In that case, these features will be locked, and you will see an indication to purchase a subscription.
