Filters enable you to locate applicants based on specific parameters such as Assessment Type, Test Date, Region, Score Range, and Applicant Status. Select the filter icon to open the Filters menu.
Applicant Filter Options
Assessment Type
Choose between TOEFL iBT® scores, TOEFL® Essentials™ scores, or TOEFL iBT Paper Edition.
Test Date
Test Date refers to the date that applicants took a TOEFL test. Enter the date range manually (MM/DD/YYYY-MM/DD/YYYY) or select the date range by clicking the calendar icon.
Score Status
Select Available for scores that have been released and can be viewed or select Canceled to see TOEFL scores that were canceled by ETS.
Region
Country: Use the dropdown menu to select a country. You can also:
Click Select All to select all countries.
Click Clear All to remove all applied filters.
City: To filter by city, type the name of the city in the textbox.
Score Range
Filter by:
Overall score range.
Skill section: Reading, Listening, Speaking, or Writing.
Specify desired score range by using of the following methods:
Type the range into the text entry fields.
Use the up and down arrows located to the right of the text entry field.
Adjust the slider below the score range fields.
Other Features
Reset
To reset all applied filters, select the Reset button at the top right below the pin and close icons.
Pin
Select the pin icon to keep the filter open.
Close
Use the close filters icon located next to the pin to hide the filters when you are done.
