Update Your Website
We encourage institutions to update their websites as soon as possible with score requirements on the 1-6 scale to give applicants enough time to prepare.
Also maintain your current TOEFL requirements on the 0-120 scale, with a qualifier outlining the dates of validity.

Best Practices
Update early: Give applicants maximum preparation time by updating your requirements as soon as you've determined your updated 1-6 scale scores.
Be explicit about dates: Clearly communicate which score scale applies to which test dates to avoid confusion.
Update all materials: Ensure consistency across your website, application portal, recruitment materials, and communications with prospective students.
Train your admissions team: Make sure all staff understand both score scales during the transition period.
