Ensure you have signed up and logged into your Tofu organization.
Choose the entity you want to integrate with your Xero organization.

Click on the entity you want to integrate.
Navigate to the 'Settings' section.

4. Connect to Xero 0:45
Select 'Xero' from the list of integrations.
Click 'Connect' to initiate an authentication session.

If already logged into Xero, it will automatically log you in.
Choose the Xero organization you want to connect to and click 'Allow Access'.
6. Select Organization in Tofu 1:23
After authentication, return to the Tofu app.
Select the correct Xero organization from the list to connect.
7. Configure Auto-Update Settings 1:31
Decide if you want to allow auto-updating of Xero with invoices from Tofu.
Toggling on auto-publish means extracted invoices will automatically publish bills to Xero.
Toggling on auto-import means extracted invoices will automatically import invoices updates from Xero.
If not ready to sync invoices, leave auto-publish and auto-import toggled off. Tofu will only read currencies, chart of accounts, tax rates, and suppliers data from Xero.

8. Verify Integration 2:30
Once activated, the label will change to 'Connected'.
Check the accounting settings to ensure currencies, tax rates, accounts, and suppliers from Xero are present.
