Essential Navigation Shortcuts
Pan (Hand Tool): Spacebar(Hold) or Middle Mouse Button(Hold)
This is the most important shortcut. It allows you to move the drawing without deselecting your active takeoff tool.
Zoom In/Out: Mouse Scroll Wheel(Up/Down)
The most intuitive way to zoom. The view centers on your cursor.

Many platforms assign number keys or letter keys to the primary tools.
Select Tool (Arrow): Sor V
Area Takeoff: A

Editing Shortcuts
These are often standard operating system shortcuts.
Copy: Ctrl+C(Windows) / Cmd+C (Mac)

How to Learn Them?
Hover Over Icons: Hover your mouse over a tool icon in the toolbar. A tooltip will often appear, showing the name of the tool and its keyboard shortcut in parentheses.
Practice: Make a conscious effort to use one or two new shortcuts each day. Within a week, they will become muscle memory, and your efficiency will skyrocket.
