The Pan tool allows you to move and drag around in the drawing.
There are multiple ways to use the Pan Tool:
1. Click the Pan icon on the left Control Menu, then left click & drag to move around the drawing
2. Hold the "Space Bar" and left click to move around the drawing
3. Hold down the Center Scroll Wheel and drag around on the drawing
4. Shortcut: Press button Q on your keyboard to activate the Pan Tool, then drag around on the drawing using your mouse
Remember to hit the Esc button or click the Select Tool after you use the Pan Tool in order to exit the Pan mode.
