Staged pairings are visible to program administrators but have not been released to mentors or mentees. They are a way to reserve the capacity of mentors/mentees while deliberating on the most appropriate matches. For example, if mentors can only take on 1 mentee, staging a pairing with that mentor will prevent the mentor from possibly being paired with a different mentee until the hold is lifted.

They can be found in the Pair Users page by navigating to Programs > Pairing > Pair Users.
