Set Up a Message of the Day

The Message of the Day will appear on the Order Entry page only when a customer chooses to log into their account. If you have a ToGo App the customer will receive the message of the day when logging into the APP.

To set up a Message of the Day a Merchant Admin user log in to OrderCloud and select Engagements. On the Message of the Day section select the ADD+ button and enter the required information.

Enter the Message as you want it to appear to the customer. Set a Starting date that it will appear and the date you no longer want the message to appear in the Effective Until section. Select Add Merchant Message
