Steps for Processing a Refund
Login to OrderCloud
Select Manage Stores
Select the Location
On the Orders tab locate the Order
Select the drop down arrow next to the Order
Select Refund
Select Process Refund
NOTE: Orders over 30 days old cannot be refunded.
