In OrderCloud, all Menu Items reside in the Item Library. Here's how to search for them.
Login to OrderCloud
Select Manage Stores
Select the Location
Select the Menu to edit
On the right hand side, select Show Library. Menu Items are listed in Numerical to Alphabetical Order.
6. To Narrow your search, use a "FIND" shortcut.
(For Windows Users, press Control+F on your keyboard. For Macs, press Command+F. )
This will bring up a FIND box in the top right corner of the screen. Type the item or part of an Item that you're looking for and you can use the Arrows to sort through the list.
Note: If you aren't able to find the Menu Item in the Item Library, it may have been made Inactive.
To include Inactive items in your search, scroll to the end of your Item Library and select Include Inactive Items and search again in the FIND box.
