If you have an Unpaid Order that shows a Balance Due in OrderCloud, this means that In Store (cash or gift card) Payments are active and the online guest owes you money for their order.
When In Store Payments are active, this will allow your Online Guest to select Pay At Register during the checkout process and pay with cash or use your instore gift card as payment.
To adjust your Payment Options, follow these steps.
Login to OrderCloud and select the Location.
Under the Location Home tab in the Order Type section select your *Order Type(s).
Scroll to the bottom of your Order Type and select the Payment Drop down arrow and make your selection. Select the Save Order Type Rule once you've made your selection.
*You may need to repeat these steps if you have more than one Order Type displayed.
