Instructions for Online Customers/Guest to Pay for their ToGo Order Using a Gift Card
The Customer/Guest will need to Sign In or Sign Up for a free account in the top right corner of the Customer Ordering Page.
Once signed in, they will click on GIFT CARD/REWARD in the top right corner of the screen.
Next, click on “Enter a Gift Card you already have” in the middle of the screen.
Enter the Gift Card Number and the PIN and click ADD.
The customer can now place their Online ToGo Order.
The Gift Card Amount will show on the Check Out Page as a form of Payment.
They can choose to use a Gift Card or Save it for Later and pay with a Credit Card.
**NOTE: Even though there may be multiple cards/balances shown, Guests can only use 1 card per purchase. If the order totals more than what is available on the gift card, they will have to pay the rest with another payment method.
It's also a good idea for the Restaurant Staff to TEST this process with a VALID gift card with an available BALANCE so that they can see how this will transfer into their POS.
