How to setup invoice reminders?

The hardest job about getting paid by your clients is keeping track of due invoices and maintaining effective communication with them.

Automated Reminders bring convenience to your fingertips within Tola.


Currently, Reminders can only be turned on and off for all your invoices and the cadence can not be adjusted.

Enable Reminders from Workflows

  1. Go to Workflows -> Reminders and toggle it on.

Enable Reminder from Invoice creation flow.

  1. Select the invoice you want to send out and click Send

  2. Toggle on Send automatic reminders

Payment link will be shared with your customer when you send out the invoice through Tola. You can also send the Customer Portal for the entire history of payments by learning more here.
