Once you've created an event brand, you can customise it to fit your brand's aesthetic with photos and colour schemes.

To customize your event brand, follow the steps below:

  1. On your event brand, click Manage.

  2. Select Custom Design.

  3. To upload images, click Upload under:

Image type

Description

Size

Logo image

Add your logo to the top of the event brand page. It is centred and placed on top of the header.

2MB limit.

Header image

Upload a lead photo to appear as the header/cover image on your brand page and attached event pages.

Image resolution of at least 940px by 260px with a max of 400px.

Tip: Use the crop tool to adjust your image to the required aspect ratio. We recommend you use an image with as little text as possible.

Background image

This is your page background image, it's placed behind the content of the page.

2MB limit.

We recommend you use a high-quality image here as this image fills a large amount of space.

Background colours

If you don't want a background image, you can choose a suitable colour scheme to fit your brand in Header Colour Settings.

Use the Color Options to set the colour of your brand page text and background/header sections.

Tip: You can use HTML Colors from Image to generate colour codes which match your branding colours. Just upload your image, select the part of the picture to colour match and then copy and paste the colour code into the event brand colour code box.

4. Click Color Options and choose the colour scheme of the page.

5. In Advanced Options, adjust the below settings as needed:

  • Enable reviews: Enable reviews to calculate and display an average score based on all events with reviews enabled. All event reviews are displayed on the event brand page.

  • Display calendar: Select whether to display the calendar where guests can choose to browse through specific dates.

  • Display summary box: Show the description from on the Brand Details page underneath the header.

  • Base theme: Choose from dark background/light text or light background/dark text of the brand page.

  • Repeat background: For the background image to be tiled, click No by Background Cover.

  • Background cover: To have one image spread across the width of the web page.

When you're happy with your event brand's aesthetic, you can add events to the event brand page.
