So you forgot your password? We’ve all been there! To reset your password, navigate to the sign-in screen and click “Forgot your password?”.
When it prompts you, go ahead and write in your email address and click “reset password”. After you click reset password, a green box will pop up instructing you to check your email.
Check your inbox. You should have received an email from TAN. From that email, click “reset password”.
Now, you will be prompted to enter your new password. After you click “set password” you will be able to login as normal.
