See which top agents have a good match for your client. Then decide which agents you'd like to start a conversation with.
3. Stay updated as new matches come in
You’ll get an immediate update when a TAN member adds something that matches your client’s criteria.
This shortened list of who to contact is powerful. Not only does it save you time, but you might not always know which agent to contact with your client's needs. TAN matches you with the verified top agent that you might not have thought of or know.
Matching tips and guidelines:
Matching on TAN is based on locations (cities, neighborhoods, schools and zip), price range, property type and minimum bedrooms. This gives the agent just enough to help give their client options while not missing something that might be a good fit.
If a match isn't right for any reason, it's easy to remove it from your list of matches.
Make sure that the criteria are specific and related to your real, motivated client.
If you wish to browse/search all broadcast properties, buyer needs, rentals or rental needs in your chapter, you can do so on your Chapter Activity page. Of course, you also get all broadcasts by email, too.
However, the only way you can see quietly added sellers or buyers is through matching.
