Having your contact information in your TAN profile is really important so that other agents can reach you quickly and easily.
Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. In the drop down menu, select “Account Settings.”
Now, on the left hand side of the Account Settings screen, make sure you are in the “Profile” section (you should end up there by default) and you will want to fill out the “Contact Information” section as well as the “Address Information” a little further down the page.
Once you have filled out in all of your personal information, make sure to click save for each section you updated!
