Find answers to your questions and get trusted recommendations by broadcasting a message on TAN. There are five categories of messages you can send:
1) Service provider recommendations
Ask your fellow TAN members for recommendations to service providers.
2) Rentals
Announce a courtesy rental (non-MLS only) or share a client’s rental need.
3) Need agent in another market
Ask your local TAN members for recommendations to great agents in other markets.
4) Industry discussion
Ask a question or start a discussion about a local real estate issue.
5) Miscellaneous
Broadcast any other real estate-related message not found in one of the above categories.
Here’s how to broadcast a message on TAN:
On the homepage you will see three options, click the one on the bottom that says “Broadcast a Message".
Next, fill out a short form with the category of your message, the subject, and the main message.
Once you’ve filled the form out and all the information is correct, click “publish” at the bottom of the screen. You will see a banner confirming your broadcast has been published. You’re all done!
