Activity Reports will appear in your dashboard immediately after broadcasting a property, rental or buyer need. We'll also email your Activity Report to you 24 hours after broadcast.
TIP: We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before analyzing the data in your TAN Activity Report. Metrics will improve overtime as more agents open and click your post.
Show clients how TAN gives them an edge
You and your clients can see how many top 10% agents are reading about their property or buyer need. This helps them realize the value of working with a TAN member.
Gauge interest in broadcasts like yours
Compare the performance of your broadcast to others on TAN. Because you are communicating directly to the top 10% of agents in your area—those who do 90%+ of the business—how they react to your post can help you draw conclusions about the demand for the property.
For example, you can see how many top agents received, opened and clicked the property broadcast, but you haven’t received any responses from top agents. That could mean there is a low demand for that property, because of the price, location or property type.
You can then share this information with your client, so they can better understand how their home fits within the current market.
