You can see how many active properties/rentals and buyer needs/rental needs are on TAN in your chapter (separated by those broadcast and those added quietly), plus how many have been marked sold/purchased.

You can also click to view all the properties/rentals and client needs/rental needs on the network in your region.

You can filter by price, location, property type (min and max beds) and TAN status (active, sold/rented or withdrawn/expired). You can even search by keyword or address.

While you can drill down to find the perfect property for your buyer, or get off-MLS data to pull comparables for CMAs, please note that you'll only see broadcast properties and buyer needs. Properties or buyer needs added quietly are only seen when you add a client that matches.

With the TAN Member Directory, you can see who belongs to your chapter and you can learn more about each member. See the newest members on the Chapter Activity dashboard, and then search for any member by name.
